If you're giving this as a gift, reply to my email with the name of the gift recipient and their City, State and Country. (I do not send the portrait to your gift recipient, I send it to you).

Please use your best discretion when gifting. This art is not for everyone. Your gift recipient should be open to and interested in topics such as intuition, energy, past lives, ascension and personal empowerment. These are personal and intimate pieces. You should have a strong personal relationship with the person to whom you are gifting this art. Respect the fact that they may have energetic boundaries and may not wish to be "read" intuitively without their prior consent. When you order as a gift, you are giving that consent by proxy. - What Do I Receive With My Purchase?Purchase includes a high resolution jpg digital download of your personal, sacred art (your Energetic Signature Portrait) plus a 15-page pdf booklet which includes my interpretation of your portrait, any channeled messages that came through for you during the art session and general tips for interpreting/"reading" your portrait. The personal interpretation and the channeled message are both brief (2-3 sentences each). If you wish to expand and connect further with your guides, I invite you to schedule an appointment with me so that we create a sacred space for that conversation.
- How Long Will It Take For My Portrait To Be Completed?Due to order volume and the personalized nature of this sacred artwork, it may take up to 3 weeks for your Energetic Signature Portrait to be completed. I try my best to get your art to you sooner, but often it does take the full three weeks. If you need your portrait sooner, you can select the priority/rush option when ordering.
I am not able to answer individual emails with questions regarding ETAs. - How Will I Receive My Portrait When It's Ready?When your portrait has been completed, you will receive an email from me with a link to a secure site (Dropbox) where you can download your portrait files. I am not able to send the files to you directly through email (the files are too large for most email providers). The download process is easy and the download site is secure.
- Can You Ship a Printed Portrait to Me?You will have the opportunity to purchase a print on fine art paper, canvas or metal after your portrait has been completed.
- What is Your Refund Policy?All sales are final. Due to the personal and digital nature of this art, I cannot accept exchanges or grant refunds. Portraits are final upon completion. I don't make revisions or alterations.
- Can I Pay Using Venmo, Personal Check or Another Option?The payment options on this form are the only ones I accept at this time.
