  • How do you connect to my energy?
    I connect to your unique energetic signature using your name and geographic location (City, State & Country). You provide me with that info on this order form, so I'm all set once you make your purchase. We don't meet over video or phone.

    If you are giving this art as a gift, please reply to the confirmation email you receive from me after purchase (not your invoice please! ) and let me know the gift recipient's full name and geographic location (City, State & Country).
  • What do I receive with my purchase?
    Purchase includes a high resolution jpg digital download of your personal, sacred art (your Energetic Signature Portrait) plus a 15-page pdf booklet which includes my interpretation of your portrait, any channeled messages that came through for you during the art session and general tips for interpreting/"reading" your portrait. The personal interpretation and the channeled message are both brief (2-3 sentences each). If you wish to expand and connect further with your guides, I invite you to schedule an appointment with me so that we create a sacred space for that conversation.
  • How long will it take for my portrait to be completed?
    Due to order volume and the personalized nature of this sacred artwork, it may take up to 4 weeks for your Energetic Signature Portrait to be completed.

    I am not able to answer individual emails with questions regarding ETAs.
  • How will I receive my portrait when it's completed?
    When your portrait has been completed, you will receive an email from me with a link to a secure site (Dropbox) where you can download your portrait files. I am not able to send the files to you directly through email (the files are too large for most email providers). The download process is easy and the download site is secure.
  • Can you ship a printed portrait to me?
    If you would like to purchase a signed 8"x10" print on archival fine art paper, you will find instructions for ordering that when you receive the email with your completed portrait.
  • What is your refund policy?
    All sales are final. Due to the personal and digital nature of this art, I cannot accept exchanges or grant refunds. Portraits are final upon completion. I don't make revisions or alterations.
