The time period for the "within XX" hours begins when I receive your intake form, which you will submit after purchase.

These are not appointments to purchase and save for later. Sessions are available when I have time available in my calendar. If you purchase and do not use within the specified time period, I cannot guarantee my availability (for instance, purchase a "Within 48 Hours" session and submitting your intake form a week later...I may not have time available a week later).

There are no refunds after the session has been conducted.

All sessions are fully remote, meaning we do not speak via phone or video call. After receiving your intake form (which you will complete after purchase), I will conduct the session within the specified time and send you my notes via email. After that initial email, you can ask follow-up questions once within 24 hours and I will reply once (as quickly as possible within that timeframe). Those exchanges equal one session.

For Animal Communication - I cannot advise whether it is the right time for your pet to cross over. It is my belief that this decision comes from a personal and sacred understanding and decision that any pet parent must reach on their own. We can ask your pet how he/she feels in his/her body, etc...but the ultimate decision is not information we will get during a session with your pet.

One 45-minute remote session of either Animal Communication, Energy Healing for Pets or Energy Healing for People (or a combination of those services). We do not meet via phone or video call - I conduct the session and email you confirmation with my notes from the session. After that initial email, you can ask follow-up questions once within 24 hours and I will reply once (as quickly as possible within that timeframe). Those exchanges equal one session.

The time period starts when I receive your intake form which you will submit after purchase.

I conduct the session remotely within the time specified by the type of session you purchase (within 4 hours, 24 hours or 48 hours). I'm not able to advise the specific available times as these appointments are worked in my calendar as priority around other previously scheduled appointments.

After purchase, you'll submit a form with your information and, for animal communication, the questions you want to ask your pet. The time period during which I complete the session (4 hours, 24 hours or 48 hours begins when you submit the form).

Please do not purchase this to use at a later time. These sessions are available when I have availability in my schedule. If you do not use it within the timeframe you're specifying (e.g., purchasing a session for the 48-hour window and then submitting your intake form 4 days later), I can't guarantee that I will be available for the remote session.
