All purchases are final and non-refundable.

Because Radiant Way is an intimate, small-group experience, each space is intentionally limited and thoughtfully held.

When you register, your place is reserved exclusively for you. Significant preparation, coordination, and property commitments are made in advance to create a safe and supported container for every participant.

For this reason, all registrations are final and non-refundable.

This policy allows the retreat to remain financially sustainable and ensures that every woman who says “yes” is fully committed to the experience. Heather will also be developing the curriculum based on each participant's experience and energy. This work begins months in advance.

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we encourage you to register only when you feel clear and aligned in your decision.

If you are unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances, you can transfer your investment into 5 private Zoom 60-minute LUMINOUS coaching appointments with Heather.

This retreat asks for intention.
And when you choose to step into this space, you are choosing yourself — fully.

Your fee does not include any travel costs. You are responsible for all travel to and from the location. Plan your travel to arrive in Hendersonville, NC. The specific address for the property will be provided on the morning of the event (check in is at 2PM).

Meals are not included in the retreat price, allowing you the flexibility to nourish yourself in a way that feels aligned. A full kitchen and additional kitchenette are available on site for preparing meals and storing groceries. Nearby grocery stores make it easy to stock up before or during your stay (Instacart can deliver), and food delivery services are available for added convenience. You are welcome to keep it simple, share meals with others, or create your own rhythm — whatever best supports your experience.

**This is an alcohol-free event (both on the premises and off. For the comfort of all participants and to honor the frequencies we will be working with, no alcohol is permitted).

To allow for the comfort and relaxation of all attendees, we ask that you remain on the property for the duration of the weekend (Friday night until Monday morning).
