I connect to your loved one's unique energetic signature using their name and the geographic location (City, State & Country) where they resided when they were alive (this can be where they spent most of their time or where they were when they passed). You provide me with that info on this order form, so I'm all set once you make your purchase. We don't meet over video or phone.

The portrait you purchase here will be for a loved one of yours (connected to you - friend, spouse, family member).

If you would like to give a portrait to someone, purchase a gift certificate (the link for gift certificates is on the main page). This allows your gift recipient to give their permission for me to connect with their energy.

I do not complete portraits without that permission and the gift certificate process is the only way in which I will complete a portrait for another person who is not placing the order.

Purchase includes a high resolution jpg digital download of your loved one's personal, sacred art. A guidebook, interpretation or channeled message are not available for this type of art.

If you wish to expand and connect further with your loved one in Spirit, please schedule a 30-Minute Mediumship (human loved one) or an Animal Communication (pet) session with me after you receive your completed portrait.

Due to order volume and the personalized nature of this sacred artwork, it may take up to 3 weeks for your Energetic Signature Portrait to be completed. I try my best to get your art to you sooner, but often it does take the full three weeks.

I am not able to answer individual emails with questions regarding ETAs.

No. There is nothing generated or derived by a computer, software or program.

Each Energetic Signature Portrait is drawn and painted by me by hand using a digital art application. I channel the shapes, colors and overall design for each individual portrait.

A physical canvas painting of this sort would take many days or weeks to complete and over a month to dry prior to shipping which would then take additional time.

I use a digital art app for many reasons, including the fact that it allows me to be as efficient as possible in creating this sacred art so that I can work with clients around the world with minimal delay and the ease of digital delivery. This just means that instead of a physical paintbrush, paint, canvas, etc., I use a digital canvas, digital paintbrushes and other digital artistic tools.

When your portrait has been completed, you will receive an email from me with a link to a secure site (Dropbox) where you can download your portrait file. The download process is easy and the download site is secure. You do not need to sign up for any accounts or install any applications to complete the download process.

I am not able to send the files to you directly through email (the files are too large for most email providers).

You will have the opportunity to purchase a print on fine art paper or metal after your portrait has been completed. You are also welcome to print your portrait with any print provider you choose.
