If you are giving this as a gift - please note that I do not send the completed art to your gift recipient (no exceptions).  I send the completed art to you, so please provide me your email address on this form.

Due to the volume of orders in queue and the personal, custom nature of this art, it can take up to 4 weeks for your portrait to be completed.

This type of portrait does not include any channeled messages or interpretation.  It is only the sacred art (portrait).  No pdf guide will be provided.

Frequently Asked Questions
  • What do I receive with my purchase?
    Purchase includes a high resolution jpg digital download of your completed art. There is no interpretation, channeled message provided with the artwork. If you would like to review the artwork with me (Heather, the artist), after you receive it, you are invited to schedule a Portrait Discovery Call so that we can connect and review themes and messages within the art.
  • How long will it take for my art to be completed?
    Due to order volume and the personalized nature of this sacred artwork, it may take up to 4 weeks for your art to be completed.

    I am not able to answer individual emails with questions regarding ETAs.
  • How will I receive my art when it's completed?
    When your art has been completed, you will receive an email from me with a link to a secure site (Dropbox) where you can download your art in .jpg format. I am not able to send the files to you directly through email (the files are too large for most email providers). The download process is easy and the download site is secure.
  • Can you ship a printed art piece to me?
    If you would like to purchase a signed 8"x10" print on archival fine art paper, you will find instructions for ordering that when you receive the email with your completed portrait.
  • What is your refund policy?
    All sales are final. Due to the personal and digital nature of this art, I cannot accept exchanges or grant refunds. Portraits are final upon completion. I don't make revisions or alterations.
