Frequently Asked Questions
- What do I receive with my purchase?Purchase includes a high resolution jpg digital download of your completed art. There is no interpretation, channeled message provided with the artwork. If you would like to review the artwork with me (Heather, the artist), after you receive it, you are invited to schedule an appointment with me so that we can expand into deeper conversation.
- Can you ship a printed version of my art to me?If you would like to purchase a print on fine art paper or metal, you will find instructions for ordering that when you receive the email with your completed portrait.
- What is your refund policy?All sales are final. Due to the personal and digital nature of this art, I cannot accept exchanges or grant refunds. Portraits are final upon completion. I don't make revisions or alterations.
- How long will it take for my art to be completed?Due to order volume and the personalized nature of this sacred artwork, it may take up to 3 weeks for your art to be completed.
I am not able to answer individual emails with questions regarding ETAs. - Can I give one as a gift?If you would like to gift this art to another individual, please return to my homepage and select the Soul Gateway Art gift certificate option.
*The exception to this is for minor children. If you would like to purchase portraits for your children or grandchildren, please send me an email and I will send you the checkout page for that type of order. Thank you!
