- What is a giclée print?Giclée is a premium printing technology that allows for more detail, depth and richness to the final product. It uses archival inks to allow for longevity and resistance to fading.
- How long will it take to receive my print?Please allow up to 3 weeks for standard processing. This allows the print lab to create your print and ship it to me through regular USPS mail. I sign, date and ship your print to you through USPS Priority mail.
For rush handling, please allow up to 2 weeks. Depending on the production schedule with the print lab, we often see times under 2 weeks, but 2 is a good estimate. - What is rush handling?The professional print lab I partner with offers rush handling which means they will prioritize the printing and mailing of your portrait. They charge an extra fee for the prioritization as well as extra shipping charges so that they can send me the print using UPS 2nd day delivery.
- Why isn't there a standard shipping option for the US?Based on delivery times with the US Postal Service, I ship with Priority Mail. This allows us to include tracking and expedited delivery times for the best service.
