When do prints ship each month? When will I receive my first print?
Prints are mailed out on the 1st of the month. No tracking is available for the mailing.

If you have purchased your subscription between the 1st and the 15th of the month, you will receive the current month's print.

If you have purchased your subscription after the 15th of the month, your first print will be sent on the 1st of the next month.
I am not in the United States, can I join the club?
Yes! We ship prints worldwide. Please select the international option at checkout as prices to mail out of the United States are higher.
Can I purchase this as a gift for a friend or loved one?
Yes. You can enter their name and address at checkout. Please note that any purchase confirmations will be sent to the email that you enter on this form. If you have any questions about gift-giving, please email us at orders@heathermays.art
What type of art can I expect to receive?
The Radiant Hearts Print Club focuses on Frequency Art, the colorful geometric art channeled by Heather Mays. It is the same type of art shared in Heather's monthly energy forecasts.

The art related to each month's theme in the energy reading (previously known as a monthly energy forecast) will be what you receive as your print for that month. The art is giclée printed on a 5"x7" piece of fine art paper. Heather will also sign each piece that is sent within the club.

This size of art will not be available anywhere outside of the club.
Will I be able to cancel my membership if I change my mind or my circumstances change?
If you are on a monthly subscription plan, yes. You can cancel at anytime and you will receive information on how to do that within your receipt.

If you are purchasing a full year subscription, all sales are final and no refunds or cancellations are permitted.
What should I do if my address changes after I sign up?
You can contact us at orders@heathermays.art with any changes to your address and we will update your account.
Is shipping included in the cost of the membership? What about any customs fees for non-US members?
Shipping is included in both the US and international memberships. You are responsible for any additional taxes or custom fees that would apply.

The art is shipped in an envelope that is just a bit larger than 5x7", so it is a small piece of mail, shipped with Domestic or Global Forever Stamps.
Is the art suitable for framing?
Yes! Each piece will be giclée printed on archival quality fine art paper. We selected 5x7" as the size for easy framing and shipping.
