Due to the number of orders in queue and the time involved in creating each sacred piece, it may take 3 weeks for your portrait to be completed. Heather is not able to provide specific ETAs within this 3-week period.

The portrait that you order will be for you and a pet who is currently in your care. To give a portrait as a gift, select the Gift Certificate option shown on the main page. To request a portrait for a pet in Spirit, please return to my website and select an Energetic Signature Portrait for a Loved One in Spirit.

There are no refunds after purchase. Please read the full checkout page including the Frequently Asked Questions prior to purchasing so that we're sure this art is a good fit for you! Portraits are considered final upon completion. No alterations or revisions will be made after completion.

Portraits are intended for personal use only. If you wish to use your final art in a commercial project (book, magazine, publication, etc.) you will need to purchase a commercial license after the art has been completed.

How do you connect with my pet's energy?
I connect to your pet's unique energetic signature using a recent photo as well as the geographic location you will provide on this form.

After purchase, you'll receive an email from me with a link where you can upload your pet's photo. I do not accept photos through email. The online submission form is super simple and easy to use.
Can I give one as a gift?
The portrait you purchase here will be for a pet of yours who is currently under your care.

What do I receive with my purchase?
Purchase includes a high resolution jpg digital download of your pet's personal, sacred art. A guidebook, interpretation or channeled message are not available for this type of art.

If you wish to expand and connect further with your pet's art, please schedule an Animal Communication session with me after you receive your completed portrait.
How long will it take for my portrait to be completed?
Due to order volume and the personalized nature of this sacred artwork, it may take up to 3 weeks for your Energetic Signature Portrait to be completed. I try my best to get your art to you sooner, but often it does take the full three weeks.

I am not able to answer individual emails with questions regarding ETAs.
Is this computer-generated art?
No. There is nothing generated or derived by a computer, software or program.

Each Energetic Signature Portrait is drawn and painted by me by hand using a digital art application. I channel the shapes, colors and overall design for each individual portrait.

A physical canvas painting of this sort would take many days or weeks to complete and over a month to dry prior to shipping which would then take additional time.

I use a digital art app for many reasons, including the fact that it allows me to be as efficient as possible in creating this sacred art so that I can work with clients around the world with minimal delay and the ease of digital delivery. This just means that instead of a physical paintbrush, paint, canvas, etc., I use a digital canvas, digital paintbrushes and other digital artistic tools.
How will I receive my portrait when it is completed?
When your portrait has been completed, you will receive an email from me with a link to a secure site (Dropbox) where you can download your portrait file. The download process is easy and the download site is secure. You do not need to sign up for any accounts or install any applications to complete the download process.

I am not able to send the files to you directly through email (the files are too large for most email providers).
Can you ship a printed version to me?
You will have the opportunity to purchase a print on fine art paper or metal after your portrait has been completed. You are also welcome to print your portrait with any print provider you choose.
