LUMINOUS Coaching Package

Personal, custom appointments during which we work on what is relevant for you including but not limited to intuitive development, mindset mastery, limiting beliefs and topic-specific coaching

All packages allow us to accelerate and supercharge your development with sessions focused specifically on your needs, goals, questions, etc.

Flexible and co-creative approach to each session

Each coaching appointment is 60 minutes and is conducted over Zoom (if you do not have video capability or prefer phone-only, we will still use the Zoom dial-in features for our phonecall)

All sessions are recorded and you receive a link to download your recording within 2 hours of your appointment. This allows you to rewatch and integrate in the time between appointments. (You may opt to not record if you prefer)

Each package includes a built-in per-session discount. The fee for a single LUMINOUS appointment is $350.

What is the best way to approach my coaching appointments?
It is best to come to each session with a list of questions you would like to explore (or at least a road map of topics or areas you would like to discuss).

LUMINOUS Coaching is not the type of appointment where you would show up and "wait" or expect a cold reading. We partner together to uncover and discover those parts of you that are ready to uplevel.

This looks different from one person to the next. I work with clients in areas such as mindset mastery, ascension, intuitive development, animal communication, energy healing, channeling, business building, igniting creativity and navigating the grieving process.
Am I limited to one package or one round of coaching?
No. Many clients enjoy this unique, personalized approach to coaching so much that they choose to continue with subsequent packages. There is no right or wrong approach to this.

We can all benefit from support and there is no finish line for our personal growth.
How will I schedule my appointments?
After you purchase your package, you will receive a separate email from me with a link to my online calendar.

You may schedule all of your appointments or go one at a time, with at least two weeks between each appointment.
How often can I have a coaching appointment?
Most people prefer to schedule an appointment every two weeks while some prefer monthly. It is entirely up to you.

I would ask that the minimum timing between appointments is two weeks to allow for integration between sessions.
What is your refund policy?
There are no refunds after purchase and there are no exceptions to this policy.
What if I need to cancel an appointment?
You may cancel appointments with a minimum of 24 hours notice prior to the originally scheduled time. You will be able to reschedule any appointment from the confirmation email you receive when you book the session. Any appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be forfeited and will not be eligible for refund or rescheduling.

I would ask that you please schedule your appointments for days/times you can attend. While some rescheduling is permitted (things comes up...I understand!), excessive rescheduling may result in a cancellation of your package. Please be mindful that the dates and times you schedule are held for you.

Missed appointments or No Shows are not rescheduled or refunded and are forfeited.

Appointments not used within the time specified for each package are forfeited within refund.
-Level One - appointments must be used within 8 months from date of purchase
-Level Two - appointments must be used within 18 months from date of purchase
-Level Three - appointments must be used within 24 months from date of purchase
Can I get a copy of the Terms & Conditions I agreed to with purchase?
Your email receipt will include the Terms and Conditions.
May I purchase a coaching package as a gift for someone else?
No. All appointments within this package will be for you.
Can someone else attend my appointments with me?
No. Appointments are just for you.

All of the work we do together will take place during our scheduled appointments. There will be no additional support or communication via email, social messaging or text outside of the scheduled appointment times.

You are responsible for scheduling and rescheduling your own appointments. After purchase, you'll receive an email with a link to my calendar where you can book your appointments. Please choose appointment times that you will be able to attend. While some rescheduling is permitted (I understand, things come up!), excessive rescheduling of appointments (rescheduling more than 10 times over the duration of your package) may result in a cancellation of your package with no refund. Please be mindful that the dates you select are held for you and therefore not available to others who may wish to schedule an appointment. (Thank you!)

You will use these emails to reschedule your appointment, so please keep them somewhere you can access them. I do not maintain a waitlist or cancellation list. My calendar reflects the days and times that are available.

All appointments must be completed within the time period specified for each bundle:

Level One | 3 Appointment Package: All appointments must be completed with 8 months from the date of purchase.

Level Two | 8 Appointment Package: All appointments must be completed within 18 months from the date of purchase.

Level Three | 15 Appointment Package: All appointments must be completed within 24 months from the date of purchase.

There are no refunds after purchase either in full or in part.

Missed appointments or No Shows are not rescheduled (you are able to reschedule appointments prior to each session). Any unused or unscheduled appointments are not eligible for a full or partial refund.
