To order a gift certificate for Soul Gateway Art, complete the fields below with your name and email address and the gift recipient's name. The gift code is sent to you to forward to your gift recipient.
YOUR INFORMATION
Gift codes are redeemable for one year from the date of purchase. There will be a three week turnaround time to complete the portrait, starting when your gift recipient redeems their certificate.
I am not able to confirm for you if/when the portrait for your gift recipient has been completed or if/when they have redeemed their gift code or received their portrait.
*Please double check that your email address is entered correctly. If there is a typo, then the email with the gift code won't make it to you.

- Can you design a gift card/gift certificate for me?I do not design a digital or physical gift certificate for you. You can provide your gift recipient with their code in whatever way you desire (email, making your own gift certificate, etc)
- Do you need to know the name of the gift recipient?Yes. This helps me track the gift orders behind the scenes so that I am sure the code, when redeemed, matches with your order.
- How soon after purchase do I receive the gift code?The code will be sent to the email you use on your order form. This should be your email address.
The code is generated automatically. Please allow up to 24 hours for email providers and technology to cooperate. If you don't see your code after 24 hours, feel free to reach out for assistance. - What if my gift recipient wants to talk to you about the art before they request it?I would ask that you give your gift recipient a link to my website so that they can review the abundant information I have there and see if this art is a good fit for them.
- Can the gift recipient use the gift certificate for something other than a portrait?No. Gift certificates are redeemable only for the portrait type for which they are purchased. I do not exchange them for partial or full credit for other products or services.
It will take 3 weeks for your gift recipient's Soul Gateway Art to be completed once they choose to redeem it. I am not able to provide specific ETAs.
I do not offer priority or rush handling.
Due to the custom and personal nature of this art, there are no refunds after purchase. Art is not revised or adjusted after completion.
