LUMINOUS Accelerator coaching occurs within each appointment. There is no additional support from Heather through email, phonecalls, text, or direct messaging.

You are responsible for scheduling and rescheduling your appointments. After purchase, you'll receive an email with a link to my calendar where you can book your appointments.

You will also receive an email confirming each appointment and a reminder email prior to each appointment. You will use these emails to reschedule your appointment, so please keep them somewhere you can access them. I do not maintain a waitlist or cancellation list. My calendar reflects the days and times that are available.

All appointments must be completed within the time period specified for each bundle:

Level One: All appointments must be completed with 8 months from the date of purchase.

Level Two: All appointments must be completed within 12 months from the date of purchase.

Level Three: All appointments must be completed within 24 months from the date of purchase.

Level Four: All appointments must be completed within 30 months from the date of purchase.

Each package option offers at least one remote Energy Healing session. Energy Healing is not a substitute for medical or psychiatric care. You agree to contact medical professional as needed. I, Heather Mays, am not a medical practitioner. I do not diagnose, treat medical or psychiatric conditions nor do I prescribe medical treatment.

By purchasing sessions, you verify that you agree to these terms and that you assume responsibility for seeking medical treatment whenever necessary. You agree to hold Heather Mays harmless for your physical, emotional or behavioral conditions. No express or implied guarantee of results is made.

There are no refunds after purchase. Missed appointments or No Shows are not rescheduled (you are able to reschedule appointments prior to each session).
