- Will I have additional support through email or online messaging during the classes?I do not offer any additional support through email or online messaging for my on-demand classes.
If you desire additional support, you can purchase the coaching add-on. You can then bring any questions to your coaching appointments. All of the work we do together will be within the container of those appointments. - Where is the online classroom located?The classes are hosted on a secure, online learning platform.
After purchase, you will receive emails with log-in access details for each classroom. - Do I need to complete the classes in any certain time period?Your purchase includes one full year of access to all of the classes listed. You can renew your access for another year for $222.
- How long will each class take to complete?The duration of each class varies from one student to another. I would encourage you to read the class information on my website for each of the courses included in this bundle to get a better feel for how long you may need to devote to each class.

Why offer a package in this way?
While I love teaching in a live online capacity, some students are either unable to attend live sessions or simply prefer to move through on-demand content at their own pace. This package offers a combination of keeping your own schedule with your learning and receiving support when it is needed.
The on-demand courses offered within this package were created over a period of time between 2021-2025. Most of the content is video-based. Some classes also include supplemental material such as meditations, journal prompts and homework activities.
The supplemental coaching offered within this package allows you to have additional support for any questions you may have while moving through the course material. We can also explore any topics that are relevant to you and your journey.
