MODULE ONE (JANUARY 2026) | 4 weeks
Learn to navigate and manage your own energy body as you are evolving into high heart/5D/ascension energy. We will also learn about past life energetics - how and where past life energy can show up for you in your emotional, physical and mental bodies.

- Do I need prior experience with energy work or spiritual development?No previous experience is required. This course welcomes both beginners and seasoned practitioners. You will be guided step-by-step through each practice, activation, and energetic exploration. Whether you’re just awakening or have been on the path for years, the material adapts to your level of readiness and depth.
- What if I can’t perceive energy very clearly yet?Many students feel unsure about their intuitive abilities when they begin. That’s completely normal. Becoming includes practices specifically designed to strengthen perception, build trust in your inner senses, and help you recognize your own intuitive language. You will grow into the work as you go—and your team of Guides will meet you exactly where you are.
- What if I’m highly sensitive or easily overwhelmed by energy?Your sensitivity is a gift. Inside this course, you’ll learn grounding techniques, energetic boundaries, and energy-body navigation that support—not overwhelm—you. Everything is delivered with gentleness and intention, so you can expand your capacity without overstimulating your system.
- Will there be replays if I can’t attend live?Absolutely. All sessions are recorded and available for replay. You won’t miss anything, and you can revisit the teachings as often as you like.
- What kind of support can I expect?You’ll receive spiritual and energetic support both in the live containers and through guided activations, meditations, and community reflection during class discussions. You are not walking this path alone—your Guides, your classmates, and your higher self all participate in this journey with you.
